Dr. Valentina Ivezaj is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in eating and weight concerns. She offers evidence-based treatments for disordered eating and obesity broadly with a specialization in treating binge-eating disorder as well as eating and weight concerns before and after bariatric surgery.

Dr. Ivezaj is also Assistant Professor at the Yale School of Medicine Program for Obesity, Weight, and Eating Research (POWER). At POWER, she serves as the Director of Obesity and Bariatric Surgery Initiatives and the Associate Director of Assessment Training and Research.

Dr. Ivezaj has expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns, and obesity with specializations in binge-eating disorder and weight and eating concerns before and after bariatric surgery.

Dr. Ivezaj collaborates closely with clients to develop treatment goals using evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral or behavioral approaches.
Services will be provided virtually through tele-health.

Clients must reside in Connecticut or New York due to licensing laws.
